Receive Help

Requesters and organizations referring people who need help can submit Wish Lists to the Giving Network following these steps:
  1. Click here to download the Wish List request form (pdf) and complete the information requested on the form marking the items most critically needed in the home.
  2. Phone (908) 927-9001 and leave your name and a call-back number,
    Or: Fax the Wish List to (908) 927-0604
  3. When called by a Giving Network volunteer, provide the information prepared on the form.
  4. At a later date when donation items are available, a volunteer will phone the requester and arrange to make a delivery of all, or some of the items requested.
All donations will be delivered to the recipient's home by a Giving Network volunteer.
