Receive Help Requesters and organizations referring people who need help can submit Wish Lists to the Giving Network following these steps: Click here to download the Wish List request form (pdf) and complete the information requested on the form marking the items most critically needed in the home. Phone (908) 927-9001 and leave your name and a call-back number, Or: Fax the Wish List to (908) 927-0604 When called by a Giving Network volunteer, provide the information prepared on the form. At a later date when donation items are available, a volunteer will phone the requester and arrange to make a delivery of all, or some of the items requested. All donations will be delivered to the recipient's home by a Giving Network volunteer. Donations accepted and delivered to those in need in Somerset County.
